I made this recipe for the second time last night and it was just as good as the first time!
If you’re looking for a healthy meal full of flavor this is a great salmon recipe. It’s super easy to make and only takes about 30 minutes from start to finish.
The first time I made it I accompanied it with broccoli (just like the recipe) but last night I decided to pair it with wild rice and corn (great combo!). Also, we like dipping the salmon in Tapatio (hot sauce), it’s purty darn good. For dessert we had fresh fruit with whip cream-never fails!
Did I mention it’s also kid friendly? (what!?!) Yes, my 19 month old ate some as well. I called it Pollito (which is chicken in Spanish) and had to trick her (bad mommy) but at least she didn’t spit it out 🙂 lol. I gave her more of the crusted part of the salmon.
Anyway, I bet you’re wondering where the recipe is huh? Well here you go-
