Today was the day we had waited for, for a looooong time. Six years ago, my husband Joshio embarked on a journey that he didn’t expect to take that long. He started school expecting some credits from community college in LA to transfer over but they weren’t accepted and what he thought would take two years to complete, took six! Working full-time and having a child during this process was not easy. It took a lot of patience, dedication and time. There were so many moments when he wanted to give up but he had a goal and vision to accomplish something and he did. I’m not going to make this about me but we’ve both endured a lot during these 6 years and let me just say that I am soooooooo happy he is done with school. He told me the other night that he has felt a weight lift off his shoulders and I can just see the difference in him. He is so happy and proud-as am I! I admire him so much for what he’s accomplished, I honestly couldn’t have done it. He is real life testimony that it is never to late to accomplish your dreams. He is such an amazing father, husband, friend and partner in life. Besides finishing school, Joshio is also starting a new job in two weeks once we come back from a one week vacation at the beach. He’ll truly be able to relax with no job and no school while on vacation. I am SO excited!!! ๐Ÿ˜€

We are also very grateful his sisters were able to come into town from LA to share this special moment with us, they are the best! ๐Ÿ™‚

God Bless! Xoxo
