Saturday we went to Falafel King in Decatur. The weekend before, I took pictures of my friend Abigail and they invited us out to eat afterwards. That’s how I found out about this place and I told them that I just had to bring Joshio here! It’s a weird combination, Egyptian and Japanese-lol. The owners are Japanese so they also sell sushi here. The weather was beautiful, a little windy, but still a gorgeous day to be outside. We ordered the mixed sandwich (which is a pita sandwich mixed with chicken and falafel) and a California roll. Funny enough, sushi and pita sandwich make the perfect combo! And you MUST put the spicy sauce on it, sooo good! Afterwards, we walked around the Emory campus and then finished off with some frozen yogurt.
Joshio has been so busy with finishing school that we haven’t had a lot of time to spend together as a family. It’s crazy how just 2-3 hours of family time can make my heart so full 🙂 I love my little family and spend time together is so important.
Anyway, hope you guys had a great weekend! God Bless!Share This:
