Dress and Necklace: Dress Up Boutique
So have you ever watched that movie Pretty Woman? If not, then you’ve been missing out! I’ve seen that movie to many times to count and one of my favorite parts is when Edward (Richard Gere) walks barefoot in the grass at central park. I remember watching that scene and saying I’m going to try that one day. After many years, I finally tried it! Can you believe this was the first time I’ve (purposely) walked barefoot in the grass?!
It’s been raining lately here in Atlanta so to make things even better, the grass was wet. It felt so nice, you really HAVE to try it out. Luckily there weren’t many bugs wondering around so I didn’t get bitten, just dirty. Surprisingly I found out that there are several health benefits to walking barefoot.
Callie decided to join me but she kept looking at my feet and saying “Sucio” which means dirty in Spanish. She would walk on her tipy toes and didn’t seem to like it too much-haha.
I’m in desperate need of a tan! (as you can see) haha…Luckily we’re traveling to Orlando in a few week so hopefully I will come back with some color.
This past weekend I went to a baby shower and let me just say I think pregnant woman are sooo beautiful- Right?! They just have such a special glow and their bellies are just too cute. Callie had a great time playing with the other kids. She actually gets along really well with other children, especially older ones.
We were going to go out to watch a movie Sunday night but decided to go out to eat instead. Lately, Callie has been acting up when we go out, she can’t sit still and wants to walk around the restaurant, but I think that’s every toddler. However, yesterday she was being the cutest, sweetest little girl ever. I think she really enjoys when we go out as a family. She makes the funniest little faces and now she says “thank you” for everything. It’s so sweet.
Oh! Also, Dress Up Boutique is having a huge sale! Really pretty dresses for only $18 and shirts for $12. Click here
